I like the services this agency offers, however, they seem to struggle to be consistent with their follow through. They have had our rentals for going on 20 years and we have yet to see any improvement in the follow through, accountability, and attention to detail. I get receipts for other clients, they provide notification of monthly statements but when I go to the owner portal, the monthly statement isn't available. When you call to speak with someone, they pass the buck and blame someone else and don't every get a straight answer. We've asked that they notify us about any breakdowns or repairs needed with the rentals so we can either complete it ourselves or hire contractors we know and trust who won't gauge us along with completing quality work; however, this doesn't happen. They also seem to negate their obligations for the fees they charge and incorporate updated policies to charge the owner more for getting the property rented. For example, they prequalify renters and then give them a key to go check out the house by themselves. Then they charge the owner to have all exterior doors rekeyed. If they show the property, they charge the owner an additional $50 for showing the house. Shouldn't the fee they charge for getting the house on the market be taking care of this? The only thing they do is put the house on their website. Nothing else. Used to be they would place a for rent sign with their phone number in the yard. As a final statement (because I can continue with all the areas they are lacking) about Bruni Karr, there is LOTS of room for improvement.

Great property management team. Haven't used their service in a couple years but when we needed info we got a response timely. Also renting 2 properties from Bruni Karr and they were great. Got both deposits back (I cleaned the properties exceptionally- bear that in mind). Never had a problem getting in contact and they were always professional.
